CEBRA appoints Stefan Rask Nors as Associate Partner
With a proven track record in steering complex projects from design to delivery, Stefan joins the four Associate Partners in the company’s management team.
Over his eight years at CEBRA, Architect MAA Stefan Rask Nors has played a key role in building lasting collaborations with clients and partners and has been central to several of the studio’s commissions. Notably, he has led the close collaboration with KIRKBI on the LEGO Parking facade, the Innovation House facade, and is currently co-leading the ongoing development of the 50,000 m² Innovation Campus, all situated in Billund. He has also played a central role in award-winning projects such as Malling Dampmølle housing complex.
Now, he joins Lars Gylling, Flemming Svendsen, Thomas Bang Madsen, and Rasmus Kruse as Associate Partner.
“Taking on the role of Associate Partner is not only a recognition of my own work – it’s also a result of the commitment from colleagues and external collaborators, which is essential to the development of our projects and to reaching the level of quality we aim for," says Stefan.
"Over the years, my role has evolved naturally, and every project has brought new opportunities to learn and grow. On a large-scale project like Innovation Campus, my focus is on building strong relationships with our visionary client, our collaborators, and the project team – working closely together to realise the ambitions we’ve set,” he added.

The campus design features ambitious climate impact reductions for large-scale buildings, supported by efforts such as an FSC-certified timber structure and a target of LEED Platinum certification.
“For me, it’s about maintaining momentum from the very first sketches to the final handover, ensuring that the client’s best interests are at the heart of every decision. Together, we deliver on our high architectural ambitions and bring out the full potential of the entire team.”
Building trust
Known for his collaborative approach, Stefan focuses on aligning expectations and enabling clear communication and decision-making across teams and disciplines.
CEO and Founding Partner, Kolja Nielsen, adds: “We’re happy to now have Stefan as an Associate Partner. He has an eye for combining architectural vision with the discipline required to execute complex builds. His ability to bring teams together and maintain a steady course underpins the trust our clients place in us.”
“I’m looking forward to contributing at management level alongside the four other Associate Partners and the Partners of CEBRA. Day to day, my focus remains the same: keeping progress moving in the right direction, supported by dedicated teams,” Stefan concludes.
